The original resume on my website is from my time spent only working in the food industry along with some volunteering work. When I submitted my original to Chat GPT I instructed it to doctor my resume as if I were applying for a job at Morgan Stanley. With this the AI model restructured my resume to a financial focus along with expanding on all my experiences to sound more qualified. The first draft from AI was too large and did not fit on one page so I then re prompted it to condense the resume to one page. This process was interesting for me because It has showed that AI can help with processes such as creating, and bolstering resumes. I have no real prior experience with prompt engineering but I will look to utilize more in the future if there is a way to benefit my professional life, with tasks such as resumes, or applications.
